Race Weekend

This is what I've been working toward all year. I have my race packet and am packed and ready to race. I've carb loaded today and will eat nice and simple tomorrow, get in a run and relax the rest of the day to get ready for Sunday morning.

I'm certain that I'll be able to maintain my pace for 18 of the miles, but I'm going to have to dig deep to keep it up for the remainder of the race. The key will be to fight through the pain and finish strong. It's a mental game that I'm ready to beat.

Thanks to everyone for your support over these past 20 weeks. It's been a long road, but very successful. I feel strong and I'm ready for this race. 26.2, here I come.
