My run yesterday was rough. Though it was only an hour I felt as if I had weights tied around my legs. I got through it and am now enjoying the off day. I also need to schedule a massage sometime this week.
My weekend is scheduled to be a 3x12:00, 5K Time Trial, and 1:30:00. It's amazing that a 1:30:00 is right now considered a "short" run. I was looking back on my training log from this year and my first long run of 9x10:00 (1:00 WR) almost killed me. My legs were burning, and I was actually having a hard time putting one foot in front of the other.
Sundays run will be easy. Some leg pain will occur, but that will be it. Looking forward to race day.
